Ranch Manager
Ricky Piggott
Ricky Piggott is the manager at the ranch, known for his work ethics and passion for anything Ranching, Cattle, Beef, and Good Horses. He not only manages the Ranch, but he also trains and shows Reined Cow Horses and has found his name at the top of the leaderboard more than once in every open division of the National Reined Cow Horse Association over the years. With his commitment to excellence, he ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently at the ranch so that we all have a little free time, to work on our Horsemanship and compete at the Ranch and Cow Horse Shows every chance we get. Ricky values his close relationship with Jesus Christ, Good Friends, Morel Values, Ethical Business Practices, and the Cowboy Code. That really enhances his leadership at the ranch.

Meet Mrs. Kelsey, the heart and soul of the ranch. With her warm smile and nurturing spirit, she feeds the ranchers with delicious meals that keep everyone energized for the day ahead. Not only does she provide sustenance, but she is also the brilliant mind behind the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her dedication and passion truly make the ranch a thriving community.

Colbi, the dynamic force behind the scenes. As the future leader of the ranching legacy, Colbi embodies sweetness and charm, effortlessly connecting with everyone she meets. Her vibrant energy and spirit will make you feel instantly at home. Colbi's love for ranch life extends to her passion for competition; she loves to compete in ranch rodeos, showcasing her skills and enthusiasm. Meet Ms. Charlee
Meet Charlee, the college student who may not be on the ranch during the week, but always makes time to lend a hand on the weekends. With aspirations of pursuing a career in veterinary sciences, Charlee is dedicated to her passion for animals. Though she may be the quiet one in the family, you can often find her capturing moments behind the lens of a camera or expressing her creativity through drawing. Charlee had an astonishing youth showing career, claiming many national titles in reining cowhorse, showcasing her talent and commitment to the sport just as her Father did.

Leon Gee
Meet Mr. Gee. Leon has been a steward of the 7G Ranch for over 50 years. Although he has handed the reins to the Piggotts, his unwavering support and guidance continue to shape the ranch's legacy. His commitment to the land and its community remains as strong as ever.
